very poor n very very bad service staff is very stupid n rude dose not know how to talk with guest, charges r very high but never provide even one bottle water, rooms has no window

One of the pathetic hotels I have ever visited. Wanted to give -5 star. Rooms are unclean, untidy, damaged. Staffs don't know how to behave with customers.

Third quality service Room was not clean. Bathroom shower not working. Torn Towel, dirty bedsheet. AC not working.

Honest review after 6 days stay Cons i) owner is a psycho man, rude,non cooperative, agressive, authoritarian, no humanity, non acceptable behavior ii) price of room is High compared to place and other hotels iii) TV and AC works only if you have mi phone iv) geyser is not working v) outside food not allowed even water, I bought water bottle from outside he saw and I have to return to the shop he misbehaved with me n say dhanda (business) kr rhe hai, from hotel itself you have to take water n food vi)he doesn't give bill if u ask he demand 18% GST which is also not correct for the slab bill , he is corrupt by mind and morale he only knows profit and money vii) I tried chole bature after which I fall ill loose motion food poisoning so not tried any other thing Pros: i) rooms are good and clean ii) hotel staff are good but always in fear Only problem is hotel owner and his behavior he misbehaved with every other guest
