1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Very clean rooms. Location is easy to access, just on the highway and nothing on walkable distance. Other than nice stay, all staff members are very accommodating, respectful and helpful. All employees are very helpful from check in & check out. Highly recommended and stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at this hotel with excellent rooms and delicious food. The central location near tourist attractions is a big plus. However, there was a significant delay in service, impacting the overall experience. Special thanks to the hotel attendant, Heema, for her assistance. Despite the service delay, our stay was enjoyable, and the positives outweighed the negatives.

This is our first stay and an excellent place. Top class hygiene and friendly staff. Check in was quick. Restaurant was fantastic and so was good quality. Overall it was an memorable stay even though it was for just a night.

Very good place to stay Management is also good. People over here are very good and staffs are very sweet and kind. The food was superb mind blowing by chef Arun and team. Just loved the food. I will surely recommend to my friends and family.

Not trustworthy Compromise with service and comfort Extra bad quality like stone tuff and cheaper than providing in cheaper hotel or dharmshala Staff said that all extra bad occupied. So unable to provide and you have to adjust with such cheaper quality bad No Hot water available in rooms we have four rooms but no hot water availability in rooms. Hotel staff is not proper responding and answer you just given wrong excuses. Again we have to adjust for hot water and proper mattress in winter season.
