1. location - its a 10/10 superb as everything is walkable 2. Service - outstanding - Ms Sapna at the reception was extremely helpful in arranging the rafting for us which was at a decent reasonable price 3. Rooms - fantastic ganga view , clean bathrooms and super interiors 4. Restaurant breakfast buffet was very good - service provided was top class 5. Staff - was very courteous and helpful .

Highly recommend this place for a fabulous stay. Location at it's best - Ganga is right at your doorsteps with amazing views from the room of Ganga, Parmarth Niketan, Ram Jhula and River rafting. Great hospitality and service. Staff was very polite and responded to all requests in a timely manner. I had a very pleasant stay and suggest staying at Ganga view rooms - it's worth the price. perfect next to Ganga. I took the opportunity to do Ganga Aarti at the hotel.

Neeraj ganga is located near Ram jhula, the location is perfect, the area is calmer compared to the area near lakshman jhula. The access to ganga makes your stay memorable. The staff is polite and the food quality at the restaurant is quite good too.

Great location right on the banks of the Ganga. Convenient to both bridges. Had a balcony with a great view. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Service was great. Breakfast was great.

The location of this hotel is Super 👍Right on the bank of river Ganga, its at a walking distance from the Shatrughan Ghat and just opposite to the Parmarth Ghat. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family The bathrooms were well maintained as well. Housekeeping was spontaneous .The quality of food is too good we had Hightea there and that Aloobonda were so yummy.spl Thanks to chef ! Staff is very helpful and courteous. Megha & Sapna both were so helpful and polite They made our stay more comfortable with there suggestions about traffic etc.Thanks Girls 🙏 5/5 from my family my mother just loved this property .I surely recommend Hotel Neeraj Ganga heritage for Rishikesh stay
