Excellent customer service, rooms were large and well equipped !! Mohit looked after our needs very well and gave us individual attention to our food requirements … the receptionists were very helpful too .. highly recommended- will visit this hotel again for sure

During our visits to Palampur we make sure to have lunch at the palace. I love this royal heritage property. They have entry ticket to visit the heritage hotel, you can stay there for very reasonable price and food is good and hotel is beautiful. Although rooms looks like heritage but amenities in there are contemporary and rooms are spacious and comfortable. All rooms are surrounded by forest or garden so gives nice and peaceful view. Its a good experience to have.

There is nothing as such different as its name to see in this place. We ordered the food and it took and hour to come. In veg platter in place of hara bhara kabab, it was aloo tikki, and food was just fine, nothing special or authentic as per name of place. Mouse were clearly visible roaming around the kitchen and dining area. Overall I think we didnt spent a quality time going there.

The property is a great place to unwind and relax. The greenery around helps to relax. The history of the place is interesting and one can fall in love with this place instantly. Food has a good options of all. Overall value for money and must visit place.

It is a nice place for a family outing. They have a huge area to roam around and since it is a heritage building you will get a lot to see around . They have maintained it well. You can go here for lunch and dinner. Also if you want to spend a night then they have a provision for separate rooms as well. The quality of food is very good and they have a decent price for food. I would highly recommend this place.
