We booked a room with this hotel and made the full payment online. Still, the hotel denied check-in saying that the room rate has increased and they cannot provide room at the same rate. My aged parents were with me and we had a lot of luggages with us. The lady at the reception behaved with us very rudely! We had to leave the hotel. It was so much of harrasment unnecessarily. Beware of this hotel. Never came across such a horrible experience before.

Cleanliness and service wise it was okay. At this price we can not expect much. It was very good considering the price. I would have given 5 star if the reception manager how to talk to guest. I got the booking done through app and on app it was saying the breakfast was included. When I mentioned the same to manager he talked so rudely. He was like I don't know about app. Its your problem not mine. Also I think they were also not happy because I got booking done online. If they have problems they should not enlist there hotel there and they definitely should not differentiate between guests.

This hotel is very dirty, the hotel furniture is also very bad, the bed mattress is worse than third class, the bedsheets are also like a tent house, the bathroom is very useless.

Location is ok and all other things are not good. Rooms are unclean and dirty with bad smells Bathroom is dirty without door locks, broken bucket. Overrated and overpriced hotel. My experience with this hotel is horrible. Not a value for money....

This hotel is misleading people in every aspect, to start with it is not near iscon temple. They didn't respect online booking they will charge extra on top of what you already paid online.
