Ihad visited your Hotel in March 2024 for business purposes. But I am still waiting for GST Credit on portal for the tax amount paid to you. Moreover a sincere request to train your staff for billing as they were least intrested to take my address and by default had put my address as on PAN card back side. I think everyone would agree PAN card would never suffice as an Address proof. Nevertheless I got the invoice changed but it reflects the quality of staff and their attitude towards basic billing requirements when a customer has given their GST number day before check out. Moreover we find your GST number suspended as on 05.04.2024 and my Invoice not reflecting on GST PORTAL, further getting the information that returns not filed after Aug 23. This may be your issue but I am worried only about my Input Credit.

The rooms and hotel services are not upto the mark. We booked duplex room They kept two seperate beds and have joined it & showed it as one bed. Their was water lickage in washroom due to Ac whole night. We couldn't sleep whole night. The cealing of washroom was broken they charge Rps 95 for a machine tea. Not at all worth

Not worthy of even 2000 per night. Arrogant staff, fake photos on different platforms, suffocated rooms. Do not pay anything in advance even if it is the last available hotel in Nashik and waste your hard earned money. Please visit and then take a wise decision

Location is good and has decent parking facilities. Rooms are cozy and neat, but could be better at the price point. Service staff is also courteous and helpful. Only issue we faced is complete lack of Internet/wifi on first day due to full occupancy, which is not acceptable for this range of hotel.

The hotel looks great and the staff are very courteous and nice. Had very high expectations from this place. Service is good but the rooms are very small. Really there is hardly any space around the bed in room. The bathroom is bigger because it has the wardrobe or shelf inside not in the room. But they didn't provide floor mat for the bathroom even after requesting. Had to ask for toiletries, first they said no and later one lady said yes will send it. Hot water doesn't come consistently even in middle position it's either very cold or very hot, not predictable. The rooms are actually old and can see the peeling and condition showing the age clearly. The layout of the hotel is very nice like a triangle inside with the central corridor and all rooms around. Complimentary breakfast is very nice and quality is good. But we need to ask for certain items and they bring it. Definitely not worth ₹4K per night. Would expect more spacious and luxury or interiors to be fresh.
