Property Rules

1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

9. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

10. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

12. Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of no response from the customer.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the friendly check-in process to the attentive housekeeping, every interaction was met with warmth and professionalism. The hotel's rooms were beautifully designed and furnished, providing a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in the high-quality amenities and plush bedding, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. All good.

Last weekend our family stayed at this property. They provided filthy rooms, totally unhygienic and full of insects lying on the bed and washroom. The staff was totally uncooperative especially Mr. Anil, who was zero in customer service. Breakfast was included in our booking but they didn't provide and made our wait for 1 hour. Also the food served in lunch was pathetic. So strongly suggest that people don't waste your money in this property

Hotel Location Very Nice and Service and Staff Too Good. Arrangement of Dinner and Breakfast and Taste of Food delicious. Arrangement of Dinner with Live Music was Superb. Recommend Hotel to Enjoy trip.

I recently stay at Hari niwas a boutique garden resort .The staff at the hari Niwas in Mount Abu were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Mount Abu. The property is away from city so it's very good and peaceful atmosphere.
