Not clean room, staff behaviour not good Room soo bad

- booked the hotel with the shown amount in the application. - reached the hotels check-in time, have to wait outside of the properties for hours in this beautiful hot weather were a person could die by heat stroke even after paid/unpaid. - asking double price to do check-in or else won't be check-in. - when asked why so, misbehave, disrespect comes along by saying we don't know anything ask OYO company contact the customer Support. - standing like a dolt there for hours, trying to connect "hassle free customer Support". - the best part is this that customer support agents once have heard everything they put us on a call by saying 2-3 minutes and the call was never unholded, got no callbacks, no regret or apologies mails, no consideration nothing so at the end hotels will not cancel the booking so do we have to cancel and then again after days when again gained the energy to book OYO the same things happened again and again in KOLKATA also charged for the cancellation. KINDLY see my comments or post, and do revert back we have booking IDs even many more proofs that we're not at fault. Not once twice multiple times the same thing. People were doing gundagardi by saying go complain wherever you want no one can do anything this is my hotel. OYO will manage. Please do check. I don't even expect any revert back from OYO but still just needed to highlight it was not 1,2,3 day it is becoming a culture now and then for hotel listed with OYO. Hope someone from OYO authority sees this and do something. Many people must have faced this for sure!

When you reach the place they will deny to check you in. Fake peoples are there. They will confirm your booking but when you'll reach the place they will tell you no rooms available and also asks for extra money.

The area is secluded from the hotchpotch of the city. If you have a personal transport, you can visit them. They allow booking for Oyo, Brevistay. Needless to say, couples with valid Id cards are allowed. They have one in house meal system as well but I didn’t taste it. Before you go there, call the owner beforehand.

Nice place...but one problem is food nd second is distance ,far from narkel bagan.Near tank 21...Local roadside shop was there in a 10 min distance but the Food was homemade and cheap(also tasty). Veg 30,egg omlet 10,fish rice 50...chicken rice 70..otherwise place was peaceful.
