Property Rules
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.
Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.
Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

One of the worst and pathetic lifetime experiences we got in Maven Orange during our stay:
1) Though we booked for 3 persons the caretaker simply said, there is no extra bed available and if you want cancel the booking. It was at 10 PM and imagine our family going through this helpless situation - in spite of advanced booking.
2) They also refused to provide us with 3 towels and said they have only two.
3) Most of the plug points were not working due to poor maintenance.
In nutshell what we experienced at Mavens Orange was simply awkward and highly unpleasant.

The room was extremely dirty.
1) the bedding was extremely dirty
2) dirty utensils of someone else was there outside our room
3)the duvet had this huge dark circle, clearly indicating how dirty the room was.
4)the service was extremely slow. We had to ask multiple times for everything.
5)on asking they provide us with toiletries and towel
6) on asking they cleaned our room, not on their own
7)on asking they provided us with water.
8 ) on complaining to the manager, the staff came to fight with us and even asked us to move to some other hotel.
9)the staff even said we got the room for cheap so we had to adjust, even though we paid the full price for the hotel room.
10)the toilet was extremely dirty and was clearly used by someone else.

2) They also refused to provide us with 3 towels and said they have only two - in a very intimidating manner.
3) Most of the plug points were not working due to poor maintenance.
4) Charged 42 Rupees for a normal water bottle which we felt is way too high.
The overall approach of the caretaker towards us was, as if we are requesting him for a favour and he is providing all that free of cost to us.
In nutshell what we experienced at Mavens Orange was simply awkward and highly unpleasant.

Rooms are good and spacious but not well maintained at all. Bathrooms are pathetic with low water pressure and hard water.
No proper drinking water facility.
This place needs an overhauling and can be a good hotel.

AC don't work in any of the rooms. I got twitched to 2 rooms, I called them 4:30am to check my air so they can see how hot it is. The front desk guy is trying to fix it, and it's best that I just check out in the morning and not stay for the rest of my stay, which is 2.5 weeks. Spend more time fixing basic amenities and properly cleaning the place and get rid of old, outdated, tourn up outdated sheet pillow cases, and a good scrub and clean the bathrooms and bedrooms.
