We were there for 3 days for my marriage in near by mini hall, the room service and the staffs were very patient and helpful throughout the process in my hectic marriage arrangements we were at ease with the hotel staffs all my guests were super happy with the room and location is also prime at pondy bazaar. We did so many adjustments after the marriage as the rooms were getting empty they handled it so Welland management was also very good. The mrng complimentary breakfast is also very good. Overall we never had any problems or discomfort throughout the stay and in between our marriage hustle. Thank you U hotels and Rich In for making our big day real smooth all the best to continue the same amazing service. I fully recommend for a relaxing stay.

Very bad experience I booked by calling there number and booked room for 2162rupees upon arriving there the lady staff showed as the room and she said room can6 br given at this rate she can offer it for 3100 .otherwise you can leave she said. Very bad experience

Rooms are good but need more maitainance... Mosquitos were more... Need to improve in providing basic stuff like soaps shampoos... Travelers definitely can't bring them on their own in most of the cases...

Never book this hotel. Over priced hotel. The staff was fumbling with key to open the rooms. Not accepted the debit card for payment. Room didn't even have regular provisions. Insects in room. Unclean towels. No hot water. Did not provide drinking water. Total disappointment
