Depika is a very helping ful ma'am.. She guide and help us in what ever she can. Such a lovely staff and sweet like her is rare to find. She never fails to open the door when we enter. Clarion hotel is lucky to have her as yr own staff. Bablu is also very helpful. He keep running here and there when we ask something. The table are clean properly and he never fails to greet us when we enter

We hosted our kid's first birthday at their banquet hall. From cleanliness, to food to service to ease in billing... literally everything was absolutely perfect. We had done the booking well in advance.. and the most pleasantly surprising thing was that without even paying any advance when we asked if we can get a little food tasting, they were very accomodating. They arranged for a private food tasting and made a variety of dishes as per our menu request. their banquet hall is very neat and pretty. I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first as this hotel is new.. but we and all our 50+ guests had a marvelous time at my kid's party. They took care of every little detail. one thing that touched me was that when we brought in the cake from our baker, it got a little damaged from the sides.. At clarion they offered to get it fixed before the party started...without any charge, at their in house bakery. Overall, my husband and I are way beyond happy that we chose Clarion for such an important event. A huge thanks to the entire team for making our kid's big day so much more amazing. PS: Their pool and the view around is perfect for a photoshoot.

The food has been delecious throughout the stay had no complaints when it comes to food in buffet. Chef Sikha who leads the buffet is very kind and professional she truly justifies her job and she is an phenomenal chef. Thank you for such tasty meals 🙂🙂

Depika, Bablu, Surya has been really helpful and kind. Stayed more than 1 day and she’s been there throughout. All the staff in the kitchen dept, buffet, reception, housekeeping are really polite, very quick with their service, rooms are cleaned properly and daily. Had an amazing stay. Thankyou to all the team. :)

I had a lovely and a wonderful experience in the hotel. Specially in the f&b sector depika and team and Surya and team from the reception were the one who made this stay more excellent... The food and the hospitality was superb
