We have had end November, for two nights, a very good stay in the Kingston hotel. The rooms and beds are good. Food and breakfast are okay. We bought some cloth in the Orion mall, which needed to be changed and should be brought to the hotel. However the store did not bring them on the agreed time. Jerry, of the reception went with us in the evening to the mall for picking up the cloth, very nice. So entirely very good experience with the Kingston hotel.

It’s is really good service and loyalty. The room was immaculate, well designed and equipped with all the amenities I required for a comfortable stay , and I had great nights sleep every night. We were searching for a hotel for almost 2 weeks, before going to Bangalore and finally we found Kingston. We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of October and November. Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was very hospitable and they went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangalore. The amenities were great and the room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for a short stay. The location was perfect since we need to access the Metro.

Definitely a five star hotel. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. The facilities were flawless, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional and evidently motivated. Special mention to the Mr. Anand who was very attentive and maintained a friendly demeanor, which I greatly appreciated. A superb experience overall
