It was my first stay at a bloom property, and it was a great experience. Kudos to the architect team for the chic interiors and common area designs, covering the minutest details in a minimalist way. The staff is friendly and very prompt to requests. The room service is exceptional and the food is healthy and good with good taste. Overall it was a surprisingly great stay!
