Extremely rude owner and staff. 1st they couldn’t find my booking, then when they found it, Apparently the room prices had been reduced because the AC’s in their hotel weren’t workinthis situation because of them. They just refused to do anything about it. it was not anywhere online. When I asked for an AC room, they flat out refused that it is not included in the price. I had flown into Bangalore from out of town and had no where else to go and these people were refusing to help me, the owner even said take it or leave it. He has absolutely no manners on how to talk to women and the shady kind of place that they are running, I had to call the police, only then did the owner agree to talk to me on the phone, otherwise he was too busy. I asked them to find me another room since I was in this situation because of them but they just refused to do anything about it. Over travelled many times for work but never come across such a rude and ill mannered owner who is telling me to do whatever I want, he doesn’t care. I would advise who has a good standard of living to book this hotel as they only care about making money and not about the customers comfort. They returned my money also after I had to ask many times because the owner hadn’t refunded the full amount. What kind of nonsense is this! Absolute trash!

It is located in electronic city phase 2. We booked one room, and it's awesome. It has cubboards, chairs, and a very big spacious room, very clean bathroom at an affordable price. Unfortunately there is no breakfast available at that time. But if you insist, they will provide, I guess. The only disadvantage is that we don't have car and bike parking.

I visited Bangalore and got chance to stay in Golden suites for a week. Overall experience was very good. Friendly and caring staff. Just couple of suggestions as below: 1. AC remote should be provided so we can adjust temperature accordingly. 2. Tea and Breakfast should be provided early i.e on ideal time may be between 9 am to 10 am IST. Due to office hours one can't wait till 11 am. Thanks for your good service.

It is completely opposite of what it's on the website. We went to the location and saw the building and came back. Didn't even feel it was safe. So many people standing below the building always make people feel uncomfortable especially for couples it's completely unsafe and uncomfortable. Also there is no car parking or anything. Never ever recommend this place to anyone .

It was my office visit to Banglore and I booked room via official website and called hotel 2 hours before checkin to confirm. Even after booking online by official website and paying booking amount they were not agreeing for check in, and wanted more money when hotel owner told me whatever amount you saw online is not acceptable to the hotel. You have to pay more if you want to stay. I had to go to OYO room after this hectic. I will not recomend to book this hotel and don't pay any booking amount in advance.
