Very bad experience. Reaching Hotel from Airport itself is a big exercise. No cabs will reach this hotel location. used taxi, two autos to reach this location. Entrance of hotel is a Dharmashala. small rooms. no food or water available in Hotel. Overall, very bad and terrible experience. only solace is temple is at a distance of 2 kms.

Absolute Nightmare!!There is no elevator in the hotel even though it's advertised as present and the hotel is not ready to give us rooms in the ground floor. We have two 70+ years old people who cannot climb stairs and the hotel says they cannot give any room. We had to fight and get an already used room in ground floor and we are given another already used room in first floor. There were used bottles in the room, dirty floors, dirty and smelly bathrooms , used medicine tablet covers in the floor, unclean and used bedsheets. They had allowed someone else to use the rooms and given us the same rooms without doing any sort of cleaning because we had them informed that we will be coming late in the night. Since we reached only at 1 am in the morning we could not go out to find another hotel and had to fight and put up with whatever rooms they gave us. We had to also ask for clean towels and water bottles which should have already been in the room. It's a very irritating and traumatic experience for us and we feel completely cheated and taken advantage of the situation we are in!! I had to clean both the bathrooms with Dettol disinfectant so that we don't end up getting any diseases and all this had to be done between 1am and 2 am even though the hotel had a good 10 hours from their allowed check-in time to clean the room!!!!! I made a mistake by paying for the room before itself as it made the hotel staff indifferent to us!!! If I had not paid I could atleast gone somewhere else , now I have to stay and endure the problems after paying such a high price - 3x times the price that the rooms should be worth for !

I recently stayed at FabHotel Hanuman Ji with a group of 24 people, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms we saw on the website were completely different from the ones we were given. They were subpar and did not meet our expectations at all. The lack of room service was another major issue. Despite the hotel's claims, there was no room service available. The staff's attitude was extremely rude and uncooperative throughout our stay. We also paid Rs150 plus tax for breakfast, expecting it to be included for our group. However, the hotel informed us that breakfast was not included, leaving us feeling cheated. Overall, our stay at FabHotel Hanuman Ji was far from satisfactory. The discrepancies between what was advertised and what we experienced, combined with poor service and unprofessional staff, make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel.

My family and I booked two deluxe rooms at Hotel Hanumanji two days ago. However, upon arrival, the rooms did not match the ones shown during booking. They were cramped, the bathrooms were poorly maintained, and the heaters didn't work. There were no European closets, which made it challenging for my elderly parents. Additionally, we experienced frequent power cuts every 30 minutes, and the housekeeping was neglected with unchanged bedsheets.Their service is extremely poor; nobody comes to collect the food waste, and their staff is very rude. I strongly advise against booking a room there from my experience. None of the staff showed any respect to the guests. It was the worst stay I've ever had, an experience I've never encountered before in my life.

I have already sent a detailed email. This property is not worth to stay. Cleanliness, hygiene is not maintained. Nobody sits in reception, it is very difficult to find the manager. After knocking 3- 4 doors of other guests, one guided me to Manager. All the display and outside lights were switched off. Please give me a call to tell in detail
