Hotel infrastructure is designed for comfort and long stay.My bitter experience with front office staff ( Mr. Suresh ) reflects lack of basic hospitality training. Considering so many competition around like Click hotels, Bloom, moxy, etc, around 15 competition in 600mt radius, yet front office staff has casual approach towards customer. At same cost , click vista and click is more customer friendly. Older staff was better.

Purple Cloud is our preferred place to stay whenever we travel to Bangalore. Its close proximity to the airport and the prompt, reliable service make it an ideal choice. We highly recommend it for its cleanliness, courteous staff, and overall comfort.

The best hotel we have been to that too in budget. Service and rooms everything seems to be very good. They provide yoga mats also. You have carroms and table tennis as well for playing. You have good restaurants nearby. Whoever has a early morning flight, can stay at this hotel without any doubt. The only problem is we have a toll near by hotel for airport road entry. If you want to skip it you can take 15 min longer route to airport.

⭐ **3/5 – Okay, but could be much better for an Executive Suite** The stay was **average**—not terrible, but definitely didn’t meet expectations for an **Executive Suite**. **Cons:** ❌ Only **1 towel** provided initially (had to request more). Floor mats not available. ❌ **No basic toiletries** (expected at least shampoo/soap for this category). ❌ **Room & bathroom cleanliness** was lacking—stains and dust in corners. ❌ **Breakfast had very limited options** (expected better variety for the price). **Pros:** ✔ **Front desk staff** was polite and resolved issues when asked. ✔ Location was convenient. **Verdict:** For the price, I expected **better upkeep, amenities, and service**. Won’t book again unless improvements are made.

Superb value for money. Amazing staff. Phenomenal rooms . Absolute professionals. Strongly suggested for any stays nearby airport. Keep up the good work.
