We had loved the vibes over here... We came here to celebrate for our anniversary. The property staff given us very warm welcome with great hospitality. A lady staff ( Miss Bharti Jha) very well decorated our room with her lovable emotions . The Manager ( Mr Ashish Singh Bhandari) , he arranged everything to make our special day best.We loved the food especially egg curry n fish curry ssooo amazing. Thank you each staff for good hospitality n amazing vibes.

Outstanding stay and a truly great experience at Pride Premier Hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, the hotel delivers top-class service, comfort, and hospitality. I had a really cool and memorable experience and would highly recommend Pride Premier Hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and excellent staff service

We checked into this property to have a good experience but our holiday was completely spoiled. The service was pathetic. We asked for food and it took them 2-3 hrs to get it delivered inspite of reminding them again and again. At the dinner no body is there to provide you service properly infact the tables were also not cleaned. They were highly negligent and not taking you seriously.

Review for Pride Premier, Alwar I had a very disappointing stay at Pride Premier, Alwar. Despite being a newly opened property and part of the reputed Pride Hotels (5-star chain), the services were far from acceptable. The room did not have a proper heater or blower arrangement, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable during winter. The room was chilling cold, and they don't have temporary room heater too. The in-room dining experience was equally poor. There were significant delays in order completion, and there was clear mismanagement—what we ordered and what we received did not match. Basic service coordination was completely lacking. Additionally, the staff showed a lack of basic etiquette and professionalism, which is unexpected from a hotel under a premium brand name. Overall service quality was not up to the mark. Considering all these issues, I would not recommend this property for a stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve its service standards to live up to the Pride Hotels brand reputation.
