I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The service and rooms were amazing while the location is a bit on the outskirts which is a bit bad. We booked a club room. The club room is very luxurious and has a bath tub and shower. The only problem is that there was plumbing issues in the room and we had to call a plumber every now and then. The food and room service was really good. The food was tasty and had local delicacies at breakfast. There is also a TV in the room which has all the streaming apps and a few channels. The room service is quite quick to give food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Extremely poor experience. First the room entry was an issue. The card wouldn't get accepted and it took 8-10 tries everytime. After that the ac in the room took 35-40 mins which was expected as per the technician to cool that too after they called a technician to the room. I stayed for 3 days and everyday I had to call the technician for repairing the ac. On the last day the ac simply broke down at 11pm. The technician tried for half an hour after which I requested a room change. In the new room, the ac cooled the room in 5 mins. Very poor experience. Will not be staying here next time given the high tariff with higher inconvenience. They charge for giving more than 1 ltr water as well

A centrally located luxury hotel for a comfortable stay, except minor glitches as follows: 1. Toiletries provided in the rooms at time of check- in are very few although the list of toiletries that are supposed to be in rooms is impressive(according to management)-- housekeeping staff are negligent I suppose. 2.Gym equipment & AC need maintenance. 3.Location-- there are paid toilet & bathing facilities on right side of balconies of one row of premium rooms. Restaurant facilities are excellent including food quality & menu options.

We decided to go for a team lunch at this place, and I gotta say, the food was fantastic. Seriously, the flavors were on point, and everyone enjoyed the taste. However, here's the kicker – the portions were kinda on the smaller side. I mean, we left feeling satisfied taste-wise, but we were hoping for a bit more on our plates. It's like they nailed it with the taste but skimped a bit on the quantity. The variety on the menu was impressive, and we ended up trying a bit of everything. From appetizers to main courses, it was a flavorful journey. Each dish had its own unique thing going on, and it was evident that they put thought into the taste. Despite the quantity hiccup, I'd say if you're all about taste and don't mind the portions being a bit modest, this place is worth a shot. The flavors will make up for it, no doubt. Just be prepared to order a little extra if you've got a hearty appetite!

Good hotel to stay at in Whitefield locality. Deluxe rooms are decent. 24 hours hot water. However, some improvements in the cleaning of floor and providing additional water bottles instead of complimentary 2 bottles. Service is good, front desk is responsive. The restaurant has good spread of breakfast options.
