The worst stay so far! I checked in late because of my delayed flight, was travelling solo, went to the room the AC remote was unavailable! No fans in the room At 12.30 am had to go to the reception to tell them the same as no one was picking up the call! Later at 5am power went off completely! Again had to call reception and then they sent someone to the room Ac was making a lot of noise that I couldn’t sleep the whole night!

Location is good as it is next to the metro station. Rooms are clean and specious. There is big issue with water pressure in bathrooms. You will need 20-25 min to get hot water.even if you report the issue to them they can’t fix it. Seems it is plumbing structure issue.

The hotel is a good one. The rooms are wide and comfortable. Hot water is a available any time you want. The complementry breakfast is always good and more than enough for all. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis and staff are very very very helpful and friendly. I will recommend it to anyone who wish to visit Bangalore. All my online orders were received on my behalf without any issue Thank you so much Management

spacious room with prime location, I see hotel rooms are prity old. bathroom and toilets are not hygiene and biggest problem is flushing. doesn't have closed car parking. there is a limited underground parking for this hotel, but I feel not to park safely. I feel parking in front of hotel is somewhat okay. Breakfast are for name sake, except coffee and toasted bread nothing tastes good. ordered dinner, nothing to say, overpriced half cooked frozen chicken. staffs were helpful and polite. on the whole eligible for 2 STAR.

The housekeeping staff is helpful, and the rooms are nice. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. However, the reception staff can be a bit rude, and the check-in process is slow. We were not informed in advance that our room wouldn't be ready, and had to wait an extra 2 hours. Even after switching rooms, the switch boards didn't work properly, and there were issues with the showers and taps.
