  • The Bag2Bag Gift Card is valid for purchases made exclusively on the Bag2Bag platform and can be redeemed within 12  months from the date of purchase.

  • This gift card cant be redeemed to do any payment at hotel or for any other on site payments.

    Usage & Redemption

  • Partial redemption is not allowed. You need to redeem the full amount while redeeming.

  • The Gift Card cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

  • The validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended under any circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If a transaction fails after using the Gift Card, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

  • In case of cancellations within the Gift Card validity period, the amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card. Users must retain their Gift Card number. Bag2Bag will not be able to reissue a new Gift Card.

  • If a booking is canceled after the Gift Card has expired, no refund will be issued for the amount paid through the Gift Card.

General Terms

  • Bag2Bag is not responsible if the Gift Card code is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

  • Bag2Bag reserves the right to refuse any Gift Card if fraud or duplicity is suspected.

  • In no event shall the liability of Bag2Bag exceed the value of the Gift Card.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
